This service is for couple who wants to play a major role in the planning process and take a hands on approach in choosing vendors, styling tables and planning menus. Now all they need is someone to bring it all together and make it happen just as planned. Our day of coordination includes: One Planning Meeting On-Site to begin Two Months of Action Planning Vendor Recommendations Wedding day timeline and Layout Review Communication with Bridal Party and Vendors One Hour Rehearsal Direction Wedding Emergency Kit Day of Direction & Vendor Payment Distribution Full Day of Wedding and Reception assistance and direction Other than initial consultation and support with vendor selection this "day of coordination" will begin months prior to the day you say "I Do." Providing this 2 month service will ensure that all of your I's are dotted T's are crossed without any added stress. (This service is for up to 100 guests) An additional cost will be added for more guests.
